Our Experience
My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Imagine 2670mk from Blue Compass RV in Ft. Myers Florida 03/21/2024 The dealership was paid $695.00 to do a predelivery service fee and inspection.
After leaving the dealership on 03/21/24 the following items where noted water leaking in left slide emailed GM Leaston Law 03/21/24 replied stating service would call me 03/22/24 while I was still in town, they did not call until 03/25/24. Upon departing 03/23/24 it was discovered the black tank valve was not working and subsequently covered me in black tank sewage. Called dealership 03/23/24 and left a message for GM Leaston Law to return my call he did not, he had a service manager call me at which time I was in no disposition to speak to him considering his department failed to perform a simple task of inspecting the unit. I paid a mobile RV repair company to repair the black tank valve after returning to my home 250 miles away.
Let me further express my discontent with this RV and the dealership. This dealer and RV fall way short of the service and quality we expected from Grand Design. Some of the what could have been minor issues we are experiencing could have been resolved by a more qualified dealer. There are rust issues on the frame due to being transported on salty Indiana roads and the dealer not properly/promptly cleaning the unit when received. This is expected to cost me $1000 to correct. The fact that the dealership totally missed the black tank valve operation is inexcusable, is just pure negligence and/or orneriness.

They'll gladly take your money for prep charges but they won't do everything they are supposed to do
